When a booking is made by You, (whether you are named as a passenger in the booking or not), You warrant that You have the authority to accept and contract on behalf of all passengers by accepting the Conditions of Carriage, applicable fare rules on their behalf. After we receive your request for Booking and all appropriate payments, we will issue a confirmed booking via email address mentioned in the booking. It is expressly agreed that the data stored in the information systems of Qatar Airways and/or its suppliers shall constitute proof with respect to the bookings made by You. Data stored in computers or electronic media are valid proof, and shall therefore be acceptable under the same conditions and with the same evidential value as a physical written document.

It is important to check the details on your booking confirmation when you get it, or if booking late at the time of booking, that all the details are exactly as you requested. In the event of any discrepancy, please contact us immediately as it may not be possible to make changes or corrections later.

If You buy a ticket on this Website for a flight operated by Qatar Airways, our Conditions of Carriage for passengers and baggage apply.

Where your ticket relates to flight operated by other airlines (for example our codeshare flights or oneworld flights) the Conditions of Carriage for passengers and baggage of the operating airline will apply. You may visit that airline’s website to view their Conditions of Carriage or obtain a copy directly from the relevant airline.
