How It All Began: Celebrating 32 Years in Travel
I didn’t always know I’d become a travel expert. In college, I was a confused student, switching majors more times than I can count. My parents had one rule: they’d support university, but nothing else. So I enrolled in psychology—only to realize two weeks in that I was absolutely miserable.

Then came a twist of fate. I bumped into a friend who mentioned she was starting a tourism course. I asked her how much it cost. “$100,” she said. I nearly did cartwheels—I had exactly $100 saved up, a miracle considering I spent every dime I made. That Monday morning, I called the school. And just like that, my path was set.

I loved every minute of that course. I never missed a day, always arrived early, and felt like I’d finally found my calling. That passion led me to work at the airport, then to Mexico, and eventually into the world of leisure travel. I spent 18 incredible years with American Express, 9 years Corporate and 9 years serving Centurion clients, where I honed my skills in luxury and bespoke travel.

In 2019, I launched Discover in Style by Antonella—a dream I’d carried for years. It was my leap into independence, a brand built on experience, intuition, and a deep love for crafting journeys that move people.

In 2023, I launched Hiking For Solos, a boutique travel concept designed for adults seeking meaningful outdoor adventures. From the cliffs of Amalfi to the volcanic wonders of the Galápagos, the journeys sold out quickly—proof that solo travelers crave connection, challenge, and curated experiences.

Now, I’m thrilled to announce that Hiking For Solos is merging with Discover in Style by end 2025, uniting my passion for adventure with the elegance and cultural richness that defines our brand.
