As always - excellent working with Jane! At last minute, she was very prompt with our desire to re-route our trip due to heavy forest fire smoke in Canada.

She was very good about getting back to me with any questions I had.

great. hotel was good. However they did not have any bell captain, so we had to lugg out baggage in a dolly

Jane finds us great cruises, and great prices. She's terrific about following up on payments, documents, etc. And this is all over the phone or via email. We've never met, but I trust her to always be working hard for us.

Excellent ! We've used Jane as our travel advisor for many years. She has been most helpful. She is always alert to get the best travel arrangements (convenient connecting flights, etc.) for us.

Jane is very patient and available. She listens to my comments and concerns. However, the last time she advised me take a service that proved to be very bad. I told her about this upon my return and said she was unaware of any other complaints. I still trust her and will continue to employ her services.
