Helena always gets the best flights at the best rates. And, she is great at fixing the the problems caused by the airlines. After cancelling my connecting flight from Seoul, Delta offered an alternative that involved spending the night. With corona virus taking hold, spending the night in Seoul was unacceptable. Helena, again, worked her magic and got me home in a timely fashion while maintaining the class of service that I paid for. This is not the first time she has had to do this for me as the airlines seem to have it in for me.

Helena is always on top of things and very responsive. Once, while sitting at JFK watching my late evening flight be delayed again and again, I received a call from Helena, just before the cancellation notice went up, confirming a reservation for the next day as well as a hotel room. That's service!!

Always a pleasure to work with, Helena goes the extra mile. I started using Helena by accident over two decades ago when she was with American Express Travel Services, tracked her down when she left AMEX and have used her ever since. She is the best!

Everything was taken care of. Great working with her. Knows what she is talking about and always make sure that we get what we want. If you need a person to work with then Helena is the one you want. Finds what we want, makes sure we are ok, and always make sure that our trip is outstanding. Much thanks to Helena and once again she is the only one we will deal with. If she says X is better than Y then we go with X. Thank Helena for making our travel outstanding.
