AMA cruise was very good too... food was not as good as Silverseas or Seabourn and wine was mediocre... but other than that we had a nice time... excursions were good and the route along the Rhine was a nice one... we would go again if we liked the itinerary

Very good, worked fast on getting an itinerary back to us. We had not determined all the things that we wanted to see until rather late in the game. Ken and his group didn't have a lot of time to get the itinerary in order, but they set up a detailed and thorough schedule for us.

Ours was a 16 day trip to Eastern Europe that included a 7-day riverboat cruise on the Danube. Cardoza Bungey Travel were able to reserve the spacious type of cabin we were looking for on AmaWaterways' AMAViola on the dates we wanted, booking it over a year in advance. They then put together a great 5-day pre-cruise experience in Prague with a suite at the Patchuv Palace hotel just steps from the Vlotava River and the Charles Bridge. We enjoyed two expertly guided trips to Terezin and to Kutna Hora and Sedlec outside of Prague. The cruise experience was marvelous with just the right mix of cruising and guided day trips in various towns along the Danube. We then had a wonderful 4-day experience in Budapest at the outstanding Four Seasons Gresham Palace Hotel. Our spacious room overlooked the Chain Bridge and we had a wonderful guide for both a half day walking and all day driving tour of Budapest. I highly recommend Cardoza Bungey travel.

Ken is my friend's travel agent so I knew we would be in great hands. We wanted a comprehensive, "best of", privately guided trip for us and our 2 adult kids. We didn't want to worry about ANYTHING. And, we didn't. There were guides/drivers to handle everything, special activities planned, great hotels and special attention taken to ensure that specific requests (ie. Longsheng rice terraces and the Jewish Refugee Tour in Shanghai) were accommodated. We spent time in Pingyao, a city we never heard of and would recommend to anyone. My son ate bugs. We rode toboggans down The Great Wall. We rode bikes through rice paddies. We ate Hotpot and REAL Peking duck. We saw it all. And, when something valuable was accidentally left in a hotel bathroom he had it on its way back to the states within a few days. He provided a much needed, valuable service to help us tour a very large, foreign country. We could NOT have traveled to China any other way. We are so grateful for the trip of a lifetime.

From my first proposal to work together to plan all segments of this month long dream trip to Italy to the final flight, Ken guided me every step of the way. I organized the first week as it was a conference and he worked on the other three weeks, heading to Tuscany and then Rome. 3 other couples he added to the mix, offering VIP service, and when they left had already arranged for our son to join us. From restaurants, wineries, and villages to unique experiences, top hotel in Rome, and purveyors who 'got' the top experiences we desired...all went smoothly. He has new clients for life and he cannot get rid of us ever! We're spoiled.

We had a great time. We have three kids ages, 4, 4, and 2. We had two adjoining rooms and put the kids in the room next to ours. Place was filled with families, kids everywhere. It's great how there is a main pool with splash pad, but also lots of pools everywhere so you can always find one that is quite. I'm glad we decided to go with the free breakfast because it was very expensive for cereal and juice. Next time though I just might bring some cereal bowls and buy some milk at the store (and use the credit towards spa or something else). But overall, La Quinta is great. We will go back. thank you Ken!

This trip was a celebration of 30 years of marriage, my retirement, and both of us turning 60. It was FABULOUS! Ken and Cardoza Bungey did a wonderful job planning and coordinating the trip of a lifetime, with every little detail addressed before we left the US. It was a relief to get off the international flight, see a sign with our names and not have to think twice about transportation every step of the way. The tour guides and drivers on the Peru side did a wonderful job; they were prompt, informed, professional, and fun. The tours provided a good balance of history/culture, hiking, and up close and personal Peruvian life including the visit and lunch with the weaving family in Chinchero and hike from the ruins of Moray. The Amazon Rainforest was the perfect follow-up to the hike on the Inca Trail; being serenaded by red howler monkeys still makes me smile. All in all, this was a wonderful experience and we look forward to our next adventure with Cardoza Bungey!

Our guides, driver, carefully planned itinerary, service and thoughtfulness will never be forgotten. This 25th anniversary Morocco vacation was a lifetime event for us. The superior level in which everything was arranged and executed -- from the surprise dinner and wine and noshes -- to the way Heritage handled a case of serious forgetfulness on our parts. We left our passports and other valuables in a Tangier hotel safe! A few days later, we had our passports back in hand and we are so thankful. We will book another big adventure again because of the superior level of service we experienced.

We traveled to England to visit family over the holidays, and returned through New York. Ken selected the Egerton House for our visit to England. It was our first stay there, and it was just perfect. Walking distance to interesting sights, very comfortable room, spectacular service from a lovely staff. We really enjoyed the Egerton House. In New York The Mark Hotel has become our home in New York. It's convenient to our interests, with comfortable rooms and once again spectacular service. Planning a world cruise and 6 mini off-ship excursions is not for the faint of heart. We just arrived home from an amazing 3 week trip that Ken planned for us. The trip started with an Alaska cruise for 24(!) family members, including 7 shore excursions for the whole group, a cocktail party in our room, and pre-booked dinner reservations on the last night for the whole group. We continued with 2 adventure lodges in Alaska for a week, then finished with 3 days in Vancouver and 2 days in Seattle. There were so many moving parts and Ken made them all fit together seamlessly!
