Within less than 24 hours of our initial contact, Melanie had a variety of options prepared and had booked cabins so that we had concrete choices. She sent reminders about payments and selections and checked to make sure our documents arrived in plenty of time. She also made sure that our flights - originating in different cities - fit seamlessly with the group flights provided by the operator. After we returned home, we were delighted to find a fabulous floral arrangement and bottle of wine from Melanie to welcome us home.
