She is well traveled herself and knows her business. She helps to keep a traveler on schedule in order to prepare for the trip. She was always there for us!

I have just returned from the PERFECT honeymoon, and the most amazing trip of my life. Melanie really went above and beyond to help me plan it! I'm an American currently living in Taipei, Taiwan. And the time difference between here and California is about as big as it can be. But I felt like Melanie was right here with me in my own time zone. She responded to all of my questions and requests right away, and it was clear that she was putting in time outside of standard business hours especially for me. From the beginning, she helped me go through all of my options and gave me some great suggestions. I was indecisive and kept changing my mind, but Melanie was incredibly patient and SO accommodating. I don't know how she did it, but she got me an amazing price for our luxurious trip to French Polynesia. I really couldn't have planned this trip without her, and I will definitely be using her services again in the future. I can't recommend Melanie highly enough!

Working with Melanie was perfect. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and added to the excitement of our upcoming trip. Within less than 24 hours of our initial contact, Melanie had a variety of options prepared and had booked cabins so that we had concrete choices. She sent reminders about payments and selections and checked to make sure our documents arrived in plenty of time. She also made sure that our flights - originating in different cities - fit seamlessly with the group flights provided by the operator. After we returned home, we were delighted to find a fabulous floral arrangement and bottle of wine from Melanie to welcome us home.
