We love Veronica! She planned our honeymoon to Iceland and it couldn't have been better. It was adventurous and relaxing all in one. We did not have to worry about the tours we planned because she had it all organized for us. She recently just planned our one year anniversary to Bahamas and it was so wonderful!!!!! So relaxing and again we didn't have to do anything but show up. She is the best and so organized which I love!

Veronica Dempster provided us with over-the-top customer service starting with planning our trip to Punta Cana (doing it secretly with my husband to surprise me!) thru follow up after the trip. She was able to give us credits on our airfare. She assisted me with information about how to get an expedited passport. We received a detailed itinerary. When we arrived, the private transfer that was easy to find at the airport. We loved El Carmen. Veronica made sure we had a personal welcome. The resort was such a perfect choice for us, especially since we love swimming in the ocean. There was a snowstorm on the east coast and our flight back home was cancelled. Veronica was able to walk us through re-booking with American Airlines at no extra cost. Then she gave us with the information about how to contact the travel insurance company to request getting some money back to compensate for the extra night at the resort. I recommend Veronica to everyone. She sets the bar high!

Veronica planned our trip just weeks before our departure, was extremely helpful with confusing flights and sent us such helpful hints and papers that we'd have never had if we planned it ourselves. She took all the stress out of it for us! Highly recommend!

Our trip was scheduled with very little time and Veronica was easy to work with and had a load of information lined up for us. I had zero worries about the trip and everything was perfect. Veronica is spectacular and I wouldn’t plan any trip without her.

I enjoyed working with Veronica to plan our 15th anniversary trip. She met with me and really go to know me plus the purpose of the trip. My husband and I work in sales positions which can be hectic. Veronica helped us find the best airfare, hotel and activities. We decided on Viceroy Sugar Beach in St Lucia.Our room was upgraded to a superior luxury cottage with plunge pool, sitting area and great location. We loved being able to take advantage of the full breakfast. The transportation to and from the airport was terrific with Barefoot Vacations, we had Sebastian and David, great guys with lots of local information. Veronica recommended our favorite restaurant Dasheene and fabulous spa treatments. We were able to relax and recharge. As our family's vacation planner it was wonderful to have a travel pro take care of all of the details and for me to fully enjoy the trip. Bravo to Virtuoso and very thankful we met Veronica. Looking forward to our next trip!

Veronica was a pleasure to work with and had SO many wonderful suggestions that helped us plan the perfect European vacation to London, Paris, and Amsterdam!! Veronica was very east to work with. She added a lot of value to our trip by booking us a water transfer in Venice, hotels or apartments that would fit our family of 5, and 1st class train tickets for our long journeys so we would be comfortable and have room for our luggage. Our hotels (4 different cities) were all close to the train station so we were able to walk instead of arranging transfers, which saved us money and was very convenient.

Very interested in providing options so you can tailor your trip to exactly what you want. I always felt that if I needed any further assistance or had any questions, that Veronica was a quick call away. It is also very nice to have live feedback from someone instead of relying solely on websites and online reviews, which can often be misleading. Using Veronica made my trip not only enjoyable but EASY!!!
