William P. Louer (Bill) has joined Travel Edge as an Independent Travel consultant for both corporate and leisure travel. William has been in the travel industry for over 40 years! He has worked as an Independent Travel consultant for 34 years, and has spent the last 23 years at Advantage Travel of CNY. He handles corporate, leisure and group travel for both domestic and international travel. William obtained his CTC (Certified Travel Counselor ) in January of 1990 CTC: a designation attesting to professional competence as a travel agent. It is conferred upon travel professionals with five or more years of industry experience who complete a two year, graduate-level travel management program administered by the Institute of Certified Travel Agents.

William is also a Certified Cruise Specialist.
