What is great about Brenda is that "she gets it"....no none sense. She knows what's on and what's not and reads through all the fine line for us!!!!

Brenda was most helpful and gave me many useful tips. Without her help, I might have found going solo to a place like Las Vegas for the first time too overwhelming to attempt. She organised excellent flights/connections and gave me enough guidance about the hotel, amenities, transportation, etc. that I was able to navigate with no problems at all. Brenda was exceptionally professional and went out of her way to make my last-minute NYE trip perfect! I was trying to stay at a sold-out hotel and Brenda made sure that happened. We recently did a Uniworld trip on the Rhine. From the start they went the 'extra mile' The food was great, service could not be faulted, and they were well organized with tours, shore trips etc. We would recommend, and will probably use them again.

Brenda helped us in many ways as first time cruisers. From airline tickets to transfers, all cruise arrangements, and she even included the "package" of extras, which we really appreciated. She met with us on several occasions during the planning, provided print information and general advice about what to expect, and the best way to go about things like booking excursions. Our experience couldn't have been better--we had a wonderful 40th anniversary trip...not a single hitch! No doubt we got great value for money. Brenda found us the best cruise line and itinerary...it suited us and our budget perfectly! Can't wait to go on another cruise!

Our trip had to be cancelled at the last minute due to one of us becoming ill and admitted to hospital. It was a stressful time but Brenda took care of everything quickly and efficiently. She was great!

As always, working with Brenda Warwick is a pleasure, as she always gets it right. All the flights for my latest trip, via her planning, were perfect, for which I am most grateful.

Normally, I do not comment on these things as I do not have the time. In Brenda’s case, however, I must make an exception. She has handled my business and personal travel needs exclusively since I moved to Bermuda in 2016. In pre-pandemic times, I travelled the globe and Brenda has been invaluable. I am constantly amazed at the hours she puts in and her quick response to changed plans (which, with me, is a near constant). It seems she is never “off duty”.

Her knowledge of the world is sophisticated, and on many occasions she has recommended a hotel or local restaurant that was perfect and not one I would have found on my own. Before Brenda, I booked my own hotels, preferring to research them myself. But I now rely on her judgment and taste, which suit me perfectly. 

I’ve used travel professionals my whole career, and will say that she is the first who actually paid attention to my preferences and made sure they were implemented. There is nothing more gratifying for a busy executive than sending one email and having not just my travel arrangements sorted, but also my wife’s.

Of late, in the quasi-post pandemic world (will it ever end?), she has been invaluable. It is simply impossible to reach an airline help-desk these days, even for frequent fliers like me. I just email Brenda and it is done, and if a change needs to be made, voila. The fee is truly modest in comparison to the convenience, and for this reason I’ve taken to using her for a variety of family personal travel, thereby expanding my reliance on your business. After years of competition from the airlines themselves, this would seem to be a real opportunity if my experience is anything to judge by. 

Brenda was very helpful in helping my wife book an Alaska cruise to celebrate my mother in law's 80th birthday. We travelled on the Regent Seven Seas Mariner and we all really enjoyed the trip. Brenda helped organize all aspects of the trip and made the bookings for us. I have no hesitation in recommending her to you.
