Normally, I do not comment on these things as I do not have the time. In Brenda’s case, however, I must make an exception. She has handled my business and personal travel needs exclusively since I moved to Bermuda in 2016. In pre-pandemic times, I travelled the globe and Brenda has been invaluable. I am constantly amazed at the hours she puts in and her quick response to changed plans (which, with me, is a near constant). It seems she is never “off duty”.
Her knowledge of the world is sophisticated, and on many occasions she has recommended a hotel or local restaurant that was perfect and not one I would have found on my own. Before Brenda, I booked my own hotels, preferring to research them myself. But I now rely on her judgment and taste, which suit me perfectly.
I’ve used travel professionals my whole career, and will say that she is the first who actually paid attention to my preferences and made sure they were implemented. There is nothing more gratifying for a busy executive than sending one email and having not just my travel arrangements sorted, but also my wife’s.
Of late, in the quasi-post pandemic world (will it ever end?), she has been invaluable. It is simply impossible to reach an airline help-desk these days, even for frequent fliers like me. I just email Brenda and it is done, and if a change needs to be made, voila. The fee is truly modest in comparison to the convenience, and for this reason I’ve taken to using her for a variety of family personal travel, thereby expanding my reliance on your business. After years of competition from the airlines themselves, this would seem to be a real opportunity if my experience is anything to judge by.
