What Clients Say
Cheyney was very easy to work with, she gave us suggestions and gave us everything, we asked for, no matter how many time we would change our plans.
Cheyney mentioned that we met that she is always available and she is, I had a check in problem the day before my flight to LAX. Cheyney worked on it for hours. I traveled out in the morning with out issues. Amazing customer support.
We had an awesome family trip. Cheyney was and is a joy to work with. I will definitely use her again. I would for sure recommend for anybody to use her. I will be planning a larger trip next time and will be giving Cheyney a call.
Cheyney is an OVER THE TOP GOOD Travel agent. She always does everything in a very professional manner. Her follow up is terrific. I recommend her to others all the time.
Cheyney is OVER THE TOP GREAT. She is so professional and knows her job. It was a pleasure working with her. Her communication skills are so good and she make sure ALL the details are covered. We can't wait to book our next vacation with her.
Cheyney was the best travel advisor I have worked with in years. She not only provided choices for my flight that made the most logical sense, she actually listened to my needs and concerns. Go figure someone in the service industry took the time to listen to the consumer... WOW!!! As someone who has spent the better part of their career focusing on customer experience, I was thrilled to have had a chance to work with Cheyney and would encourage anyone that has a chance to work with her to jump at the chance. Professional, courteous and someone that actually cares is a true find - Hang on to her, maybe a raise or promotion to make sure she stays with your team is in order :-)
Cheyney was great to work with. Found the flight and hotel that fit my trip exactly. Honestly, I couldn't have done it better myself, and I look forward to her booking my next trip(s).
