She is amazing. Great attention to detail. Checked in often with all members of our party to make sure we were taken care of. It would not have been a great trip without her.

We enjoyed our 4th trip to Alaska on Regent. The service, food, accommodations were excellent. The only problem is that the Navigator does not have the quality of food that is served on the other two ships. It may be the German Chef. Of course, they are missing the French restaurant Signatures. Next year the Mariner will be in Alaska, so it may be better. The land excursion to Denali was very good, especially the night at the Alyeska Resort and the train trip to Denali. We were blessed with perfect weather...not a rain drop at all and the mountain was in full view at all times. Our flight from SFO to Vancouver on West Jet was less that we could expect...narrow seats, no space for carry on luggage. However, it was on time, so maybe we should not complain. The Denali Grande Lodge is in a beautiful location, but the accommodations i.e. rooms are about Holiday Inn quality. When you have a monopoly, you do not have to keep up standards.

We decided to take a trip to the Arctic, Greenland and Iceland. There were lots of moving parts so we turned the arrangements over to Chris Crystal. Chris and the team at Travel Edge put all the pieces together perfectly making the trip completely enjoyable.

Chris booked airline tickets for seven people on three different airlines. (We spent part of our trip together and then went our separate ways) The hotel she selected in Oslo was perfectly located in the center of the city and near the train station. She reserved and purchased train tickets on an almost full train from Oslo to Bergen making our tour of Norway just wonderful. We also took her advice to use the tour company in Bergen to book a fiord tour that was spectacular as well as the funicular to the top of Mt. Floyen overlooking the city. In addition Chris booked our favorite hotel in Dublin at a lower rate than I could book which included breakfast and a Virtuoso welcome package. She found a wonderful venue in the countryside of Ireland for my husband and me to really relax. Mount Juliet resort near Killkenny, an hour south of Dublin by train, was absolutely gorgeous! Chris is very responsive, and good humored. She takes the worry out of traveling with a group.

Our airfare was a chore. Changed our return 3 times and spent 12 hours in transit all courtesy UA and their changes and cancellations. The trip itself was great and we had perfect weather! M

The trip went off without a snag. I only would recommend not going thru New York in either direction. New York's Kennedy airport is a disaster trying to connect flights. It took almost 2 and 1/2 hours and we almost missed our flight. The cruise was outstanding, ports of call were superior and best of all was the cuisine. The food was top of the line. The ship was immaculate with attentive people when you had a question. I definitely would recommend the Riviera again.
