Cindi helped my mom and me with a fantastic trip to Norway -- the cruise was amazing, and she got our (quite) confusing flights perfectly. We've already enlisted her to help with our next cruise in 2020. She is a consummate professional, and her response time is beyond impressive. Thanks, Cindi!!

Cindi coordinated all of my family's travel to Mexico in addition to my wedding. She was easy to contact, sent over great information and had easy options for payments. We will be utilizing Awaken Travels again.

My wife and I learned of Awaken Travels by researching on line. Cindi met with us at our earliest convenience and we discussed what we were looking for and she had just returned from a trip to resorts in Fiji. She worked with us to iron out all the details of our trip including flights, coach transfers, boat transfers, resorts stay, meal plans, and special occasions. It was our honeymoon and my 50th birthday in one trip so she took care of arranging special items like champagne a birthday cake and a message in our room. Very nice. She followed up afterwards. I couldn't have asked for anything more. She provided a full itinerary before the trip and arranged for any changes to seats on the airlines. Thanks see much Cindi. Cindi was amazing at helping us plan our trip to Cabo. I provided her a list of what was most important to us, including, an all inclusive, incredible food, great beach walks, pampering, adults only, entertainment, and our list went on. She nailed it perfectly! Our trip was everything we asked for and more. She truly took our desires, upped them a notch and created what my husband is calling the best vacation he has had. We have had some pretty amazing vacations too! Cindi's communication was excellent, with both her and her staff. We received nice touches along the way, such a s a personalized passport holder and luggage tag for our trip. It took all the stress out of the planning part of the trip and that only increased the enjoyment of the vacation.

We had the pleasure of working with Cindi from Awaken Travels on our recent Bora Bora adventure. Cindi was incredible. From start to finish her dedication to her job is obvious. She was very helpful in the planning of our trip from the flights, transfers, to the exact bungalow we wanted to stay in. She really took care of everything for us. She was also very patient with us as we toyed with the idea of certain excursions. We took our family of four to Bora Bora for a week and couldn't always agree on which excursions to do. Cindi was patient, kind, and very helpful knowing everything there was to do in Bora Bora and what may and may not work for us. Cindi was also instrumental in booking our wonderful spa day and also assuring that our kids would be able to enjoy the spa as well. We really didn't have to worry about a thing knowing Cindi had taken care of everything for us. She is also incredibly prompt with her correspondence. No question went unanswered and being new to traveling out of the country myself no question was ever unimportant. Even when we were in Bora Bora and Cindi was on her own European vacation at the same time she made it very clear she was always only a phone call away. We highly recommend Awaken Travels for your next adventure. Cindi made the whole process fun, enjoyable, and stress free.

After trying various travel agencies, I've finally found the best one! Awaken travels has consistently worked hard on my cruises (multiple cruise lines) to solve problems, save me money, get upgrades, navigate covid cancellations and now covid testing requirements, etc. They've saved me so much time on hold and frustration trying to get answers if I'd tried to do it in my own!! And of course they don't charge for handling all my cruise bookings! Teresa, Vijal and Cindi are all so friendly and professional–a great team!

I wanted to take my wife on a bucket list trip for our 25th wedding anniversary. She has always wanted to go to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York. I researched travel agents and found Cindi at Awaken Travels. She was excellent in every way. We very much enjoyed our trip and had our expectations exceeded. Everything went as planned. Cindi did an amazing job getting us the best places for our honeymoon in Japan. She worked with us to find a great place in our price range with the perfect local. She called to verify our reservation with the hotel and got us a nice upgrade for our stay. We ended up on the special Artist floor at the Park Hotel Tokyo that had a view of the Tokyo tower and you could even see Fuji on a clear day. Cindi was a breeze to get a hold of and responded to our emails very quickly. She also found us sites with options to add on side trips or extra excursions. Definitely recommending her to friends and family

Cindi was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was easy to work with, very responsive any time we had a question, and very knowledgeable about the various areas we were considering and the resort chains themselves. She truly partnered with us and worked as an advocate for us to make our Jamaican honeymoon terrific. I've already told our friends and family about her, as well as another bride I met at the grocery store!

Cindi was great to work with. She planned our 10 year anniversary trip to St Lucia. We priced it out prior to contacting agents and not only did she beat our best price, she was very thorough and thoughtful. We stayed at Jade Mnt for a few nights and Cindi wrote a personal letter to the GM of the hotel explaining our trip and requesting them to "take care" of us. When we arrived we learned that we were upgraded to one of their expansive pool suites, basically a $1000 upgrade. Thank you Cindi for all the help, we will be in touch soon for our next trip.
