Heather has been doing a fantastic job for me and my family for many years. She listens to what we want, and makes great suggestions. She makes planning vacations so easy. Then I look like a hero, because everyone is so happy with how great it went. I learned over the years to accept her recommendations, even if I'm initially unsure. Our favourite vacation of all time was the driving/adventure tour in Costa Rica. I had no idea such wonderful places even existed! I also love that she works to our budget. We can decide lux or dirt cheap, and she will find the best vacation for the money!

Then, after consultations with her international network of colleagues in the travel industry, she presents a few options. Once the trip is booked and confirmed, then the "magic happens". What to pack, what not to pack, how much to tip, trusted sites for booking tours - and the assurance that she will spend the time answering any of my questions, even if I ask them twice. Heather is a true professional. She understands and appreciates her customer's needs and wants. We have used Heather for countless vacations, and frankly we can be somewhat demanding. Never once has she swayed, always working hard on behalf of her customers. We travel to many places where language can be a barrier, Heather always makes sure we have a local contact, if needed, to help navigate our way.
